have time to praise
For those wondering why this week was nothing in the blog, I had simply nothing to criticize.
Or to put it another way: I was surprised how many good articles in this issue were inside.
With the possible exception of Köppel self-congratulation ("I'm in the case of Kissinger made even twice), which connects seamlessly to the product of a few weeks ago (" I was sitting in the case with Schroeder at a dinner at the same table ").
Otherwise Chapeau, dear world week, it's all the same way. Let's see if you can maintain the more than a week, or next Thursday whether Urs P. lospoltern and company again.

Black & Silver Pinstripe Suits
letter Engeler and property
So, today we do a workshop on "Writing Made Easy" along the lines of the two chefs WeWo Engeler and property. The recipe:
Take ...
... a dogmatic attitude (all that comes from the State is bad)
... a hare-brained idea (home schooling is much better)
... a conservative world view (mom and grandma are in the house and to take care of the children)
... some hair-raising absurd theories (for example, state funding of child care centers and day schools is the same as the promotion of young Nationalsozialsmus)
... a single case that will carry the entire building (two poor teachers that their children have educational needs despite home advantage into school)
... and backed the whole thing with arbitrary numbers sought on the issue (number of children per woman and Canton / Country, without the comparison with the proportion of women in gebährfähgien age, is the low proportion of children in Ticino to explain, possibly with an aging?)
... which will now prove the above-mixed (there are already enough working women and mothers in Switzerland, in which case we do indeed get it right)
So much for the dream world of the writer. So what is the reality?
- In Switzerland there are still virtually no day schools and day-care programs. Apart from working parents who would need it, it would also be spoiled for the more able children a valuable experience to spend time with other children, instead of at noon home to nuts run. At what age are we living that still prevails in fact a system where the mothers are at home all day and have to cook lunch for their children.
- Kinderkrippenpläzte are extremely rare and expensive. It actually holds a lot of young, working women from having children (I myself know many such actions).
- in Switzerland's prosperity depends, among other things, very strongly connected with the high participation rate of women. If, in the wake suddenly no one wants children, then you should not place the infrastructure to provide? Apart assume that the entire child care sector could become a new profitable industry.
- The only question is who should pay for child care and who is organized. Sure it's nice when people can arrange private, then they should do the same. Since the WeWo has even right, the over-regulation is completely out of place. It should be easier for individuals to set up crèches.
- Also on the child allowances for Giesskannenprinzip one can argue. However, should not be having children at risk of poverty and not eat up a children's nursery place half the income. That since the government intervenes in support has nothing to do with paternalism, but reasonable with a welfare state. Why should we compare how much the government can spend and how much for a cow for a child, then we again discuss the rational distribution of state funds.
- If children do not go to school and have the feeling that they were trusted with the family to mature just as well that takes into account that spoiled, unrealistic children grow up by wealthy families, who are talking with people from other races, not even can. (This leads perhaps to the fact that they write such articles.)
Auso, Fipu and Ürsu, now take out your finger. How many children do you have anyway? And the woman is chained to the stove?

Is Quadriderm Good For Acne
The church in the village
After the long but a short: Of course my favorite has to believe the Urs Boisterous it. But trying to explain the lack of supply of the church with their political activity, has been looking very much. About as sought, such as the lack of inflow of a Grümpelturniers in the country with the wrong brand of beer to justify on the sidelines (a better example, I find it so late in the evening not a grad).
If even it is the lack of sense of solidarity and non-profit think that the people of today keeps both of the Church, and from making use of the left, or to refuse asylum and immigration laws.

How Many Memebers Does A Health Club Have
Ostmilliarde: Opposition find Phil Good
following two statements of the Integration Office (1) and the Federal Council (2) Phil feels good in his article to be contradictory: first
"The willingness to migrate from Central and Eastern Europe as a whole is less than expected and shows predominantly positive effects. The workers from the EU-10 are helping to offset labor shortages, and they contribute to better economic performance in Europe."
second "Creates poverty, conflict and lack of opportunity are driving many people to flee or to crime. By supporting local, Switzerland economic opportunities and combat the causes of migration. This reduces the pressure on immigration . Switzerland "
Very well, at first glance, perhaps contradictory, but first, are there 2 statements from two different actors in a completely different context and, second, each with a different problem in mind:
The Integration Office merely states that movement of persons has a positive effect, because jobs can be filled. And that the willingness to migrate is not as big as a whole, which means that not many people come to us to work here when they can work in their homeland.
The Federal however, speaks of a completely different problem, namely, by people who are excluded from the labor market in their home and are pushed into poverty. Countries undergoing radical economic change, often do not fully developed social system and many people stay with a wave of modernization on track. This in turn leads to poverty and crime. Then if these people actually are "escape", is indeed a different issue, but that's the point even with the development funds. The development money to help in the reconstruction of the system and then jump into the gap where there are no local safety nets. The problems are therefore trying to solve on the spot, before it comes to potential refugee effects.
course, one may ask whether the state (and to a foreign, or the EU) should intervene here /, or whether the emerging markets get it due to growth in self-control.
short term, but they will not solve everything. Moreover, these countries have got that from the EU rules and it was also placed pressure to open their markets and liberalize. Now, however, private foreign investors, who benefit from it (including Swiss) do not last in the development of social systems and the integration of "globalization losers" interested and it will be a while until either the growth solves problems by themselves (liberal logic) or has earned the state sufficient to establish a social security system (Social-democratic logic).
Either way, you can not expect from these countries that they take on the one hand, our system without them on the other hand also to help a social system and other necessary infrastructure (schools, etc.) to build. It will namely be squeezed a liberal system in accelerated form, for whose development the "old" Europe for much longer time and has had it developed in parallel, the "social market economy" and social partnerships.
Now you can ask at most, if Switzerland is to pay as non-EU actually has / and if so how much. She stands as a financially strong country with a high prosperity at any rate well, it's also volunteered to contribute to the development of these countries.
you wanted to make a cost / charge of the bilateral approach and all services (including costs and profits and balance of trade and customs agreements and transport corridors and so on) that the EU and Switzerland provide in their trade to each other, would the probably a more difficult task than the Milky book accounts of the SVP.
What is there than have to ask why the applicant is not easy and Switzerland, all of these lengthy negotiations saves, but where they must understand the majority of EU regulations anyway without being asked. The currency and banking secrecy to keep (and GB) and a little direct democracy and federalism (as Dänekmark) and otherwise just join. Obs would really be so much more expensive that? And whether we would lose as much independence? The longer the waiting Switzerland, the more it will cost a candidate in any case ...

- Editorial: "models of journalistic Hatz are the slaying of Hans W. Kopp and Werner K. Rey
(did not know that Hans W. Kopp and Werner K. Rey now are an official zille species)
- subtitles page 7: "Access BK and MM are the keys's victims - often innocent."
(which would save the editing, you get more errors - often stupid)

Can A Large Bottle Of Shampoo Be
What was that again with Roschacher
It honors the men and Baur Engeler really want them working for the poor people who are torn apart by the media useless. But as it was again with the relentless campaign that has driven the world week against the former federal prosecutor Valentin Roschacher?
Needless to say, that the Lord Roschacher or federal institution since Blocher's office was sabotaged by him with horrific methods (and will). Various reports have since also relieves Roschacher already (which you of course - just like the other mentioned "victims" of mass media campaigns - still can throw errors).
from insiders, so to speak, from the "front room of the Federation (house)" I know that the case "vs. Blocher. Roschacher" will be talking more work is needed. Now I am curious why the media mauling is (Bloch) ideological opponents in order (for example, the persistent accusation that Camlm-Rey had promised the Ostmilliarde on the phone), but that of (Bloch) friends (Swissfirst CEO Matter) is not ...

How Do You Know If Your Ear Piercing Is Healed
writing, not what is
Thank NZZ on Sunday for the following contribution.
"Urs Paul Engeler, typist, is somewhat confused in the latest edition of the World Week Reported Engeler, Farner PR had received from the Department will host a mandate to fight against Intitative for complementary medicine what is "untenable" was. In fact the award of public relations contract that the newspaper has made this public, is now in question by the parliamentary commission. However, the criticism was not commissioned to Farner PR, as Engels wrote, but at Richterich & Partner. Only an unfortunate confusion of the journalists? Richterich & Partner, the company with the "untenable" Couchepin Order should be familiar Engeler. The PR firm has played in the sale of the World Week publisher Jean Frey a central role "

Nauseous 3 Days In A Row?
Now I like the magazine
For those who have not yet done. Be sure the interview today in the magazine read by Peter Sloterdijk, it is worth more than content the whole world week-this week's edition!
It's about his new book "Anger and time" and describes how the pride next to the Eros one of the major mental conditions of man. And as the wounded pride, anger generated when a person can not be useful.
the basis of this thesis then Sloterdijk describes very well the phenomena of our society today. The radical Islamism as the political parties and mass consumption (including the media) served as a veritable "anger banks" or the valve. The frustration, the feeling a young man, if he feels useless, he can in radical Islam and other religious or political Movements let out.
I can explain it much worse in their own words, read it but after themselves. In this interview, you realize the keen intellect of a Show Nossen, which may explain his theories really.

Kate Winslet Pool Movie
There is little patience and a good
Full of anticipation I have now bought at the kiosk, the world week, I expected an explosion of provocative and moving subjects, but non-existent. Even Engeler behave strangely rumbles. Since I have no items worth mentioning seems I am therefore quite along the lines of We Kurt Zimmerman, a quantitative content analysis with the methodology of counting sideline and a crude category grid.
So, we look at (*) only the first Part "This Week" that includes 30 pages (up to the readers' letters, including 2 pages of contents remain, ie 28 pages. Of these 28 or 14 (!), Which is only half, the important issue advertising paid.
Look Now let the main article in the first part here: Of the remaining 14 pages a little more than 5 or at least away something to do with domestic policies (aid to Eastern Europe-column, shock-education, managerial salaries and ETH-president), whereas the " Educational articles timeliness of any reference is missing (at least part of the so called "This Week").
Then we have a page Ackermann process (yawn) (yawn yawn) 1.5 or celebrity adoptions and 1.5 Since an added questionable process in Libya, but also has more filler character. The remaining 4 pages fill the long-running Mörgeli, soil and Zimmer man (at least the first two are entertaining) and 2 pages of "name" (taste).
so we summarize. Of the first 30 pages (cost without plan about 2 francs) are less Contents:
14 pages advertising
5:25 or domestic policy (more or less present)
1 page business / Justice
1.5 Since society
01.05 Pages abroad (not really present)
4 pages perennial
In the second Part "Magazine" we still find all 2 items of policy-relevant (Engeler and Armenia Part 3). Were it not for the Science article, once again to the (admittedly exciting) topic innate 'vs. trained 'and the cultural part, I would really ask for my money back.
Conclusion: thin, thin, thin!
Hopefully this is just a coincidence (Autumn hole, half the editorial staff suffering from flu, ...) and no initial impact of cost-cutting measures, otherwise I have to set this blog back faster than I like, because this booklet is not his 5.70 Fri value.
(*) WeWo connoisseurs have noted, even the jaunty "we" I took my lead from Kurt We.

For those who are eagerly waiting for an entry in this blog, I'll still be put off. I'm in the office and in the evening will have time to read the World Week in detail, the first comment is so not later than tomorrow.
What I have read so far, already, is the comment by Koeppel at the beginning and I think - you will not believe - both content and language well!
PS The only criticize what you could, that he is in a central criticism of Calmy-Rey is based on something, "what in the back rooms of the covenant" is confirmed. Such statements are difficult to check at all, unless it actually has access to these back rooms. Also an original language construct: What if you please to be a "back room of the covenant"? Lichtenstein? The room of Sami Schmid's secretary? Sami Schmid himself? (Ah no, that would "hillbilly federal ")...
PSII. A little linguistic mistake by Philipp Well I also have noticed (this is now really niggling, but typical for Switzerland, that not even speak to journalists accusative): "if he'd known, he had a (sic) third of the Pupils suspended ... (Cross out because I 'gebsn' has rightly corrected, see comments)
